FAQ
The migrated public support surface keeps the useful FAQ content from the legacy panel, but serves it through the new faster frontend shell.
Use this page as the first stop before opening a support ticket. For live account or payment issues, continue into the migrated ticket flow.
FAQ
Common order and runtime questions
This content is based on the legacy help surface, but cleaned up for the new product shell and the migrated order/runtime model.
What does partial status mean?
Partial means only part of the requested quantity was delivered. The remaining undelivered amount is credited back to your balance automatically.
Why does cancel or refill not happen instantly?
Those actions send a provider-side request, not an immediate forced state change. If fulfillment is already too far ahead, cancel may no longer be possible, and refill only applies when the provider actually supports it.
Do you accept card payments?
Manual and gateway availability depends on the runtime configuration. If a payment method is not visible in the panel, use support so the team can confirm the currently enabled deposit path.
What are Instagram impressions?
Impressions represent how many times content was seen. They are often used for campaign reporting where reach and visibility matter more than direct engagement.
How should drip feed be used?
Drip feed splits one larger target into smaller repeated runs. Keep the total quantity within the service maximum and avoid intervals shorter than the service start speed, otherwise the provider may reject or fail the plan.

Why this page changed
- The FAQ no longer depends on legacy PHP page handlers.
- It stays server-first and lightweight, with no dashboard-sized client payload.
- The support path now points into the migrated ticket workspace instead of legacy routes.
