Policy Surface
Terms of service
The public terms page is now served by the migrated frontend instead of a legacy theme template chain.
This keeps the legal and operating baseline visible in the new product shell while the remaining public legacy pages are retired slice by slice.
Terms
Current operating rules for the migrated panel
This content preserves the main legacy terms topics, but presents them in a cleaner, easier-to-scan structure that matches the new frontend direction.
General
By placing an order with SMM Panel Modern, you accept the current terms of service whether you read them in full or not.
These terms may change without prior notice. Review them before ordering if you need the latest policy state.
SMM Panel Modern does not guarantee a fixed delivery time. Estimated timing is best-effort operational guidance, not a contractual SLA.
Disclaimer
SMM Panel Modern is not responsible for losses, account restrictions or business impact caused by social platforms or third-party providers.
Liabilities
Platform actions taken by Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube or other networks remain outside panel control.
We cannot accept liability for suspensions, deletions or organic metric changes made by those external platforms.
Service use
SMM Panel Modern is intended for social growth and delivery operations only.
Private, invalid, altered or removed targets may become non-refundable if the provider can no longer complete the request.
Do not submit prohibited, illegal or platform-unsafe content through the service.
Refund policy
Completed deposits are kept as platform balance unless a payment flow explicitly says otherwise.
Processed orders are not automatically refundable after submission. If delivery is non-fulfillable, the expected path is balance credit, not card reversal.
Chargebacks, disputed payments or fraudulent funding may result in account termination and related operational rollback.
Privacy and governing law
Personal data is used only to operate orders, support and account security.
Operational data should be stored with secure handling and should not be sold or redistributed outside legitimate service needs.
Any governing-law or billing-entity language should be finalized against the current business entity before production launch.
Important
Before production cutover
- Recheck billing-entity and governing-law wording against the real business setup.
- Keep refund language aligned with the active payment providers and wallet policy.
- Route legal/support questions through the same migrated ticket and account surfaces.
